@ 2 3/4" wide by 1 3/4" tall by 1/2" thick ORIGINAL exterior brick relic from the Lincoln-Herndon law office used by Abraham Lincoln from 1843 to 1852 in Springfield, Illinois-This relic formerly formed the exterior skeleton of the 1840-41 building and was part of the structure until a renovation in the 1970s Era-It comes with an illustrated certificate of authenticity detailing the history of the building and picturing it in it's prime and the very location of brick that it was removed from (with permission)-The piece was recovered and saved by a longtime volunteer who has since retired-How cool is that?
