RARE ORIGINAL 7 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" wide multi-paged Abraham Lincoln booklet representing a speech delivered at the Lincoln Tomb in Springfield Illinois by Abraham Lincoln law office student Isaac N. Arnold (See info below) on May 15, 1924-It was printed by "The Abraham Lincoln University" and is individually numbered # 158 out of a total of 200 copies inside-Titled "Address by Henry B. Rankin At Lincoln's Tomb. Opening the Campaign to raise a Million Dollars May 15, 1924" on front and has the speech & info inside (See photos below for clarification)-Really a cool VINTAGE item in good condition with usual light wear and cover soiling-How many of these throwaway items survived? I only have the one, so grab it while you can- Here is some info on Mr. Rankin: Henry B. Rankin studied law under Abraham Lincoln and William Herndon from 1856-1861. He wrote articles and pamphlets about Lincoln, including Personal Recollections of Abraham Lincoln and Intimate Character Sketches of Abraham Lincoln. G.E. Nelson was president of the Old Salem Lincoln League, an organization that promoted the preservation of Old Salem Chatauqua and the restoration of New Salem State Park, two historic sites in Petersburg, Illinois. This is an ORIGINAL item, NOT A REPRODUCTION item! Postage information is listed at the bottom-$ 6.95 postage is required. Payment We accept Paypal payments.
