Hank Smelter whose studio was located at 1141 Franklin Avenue in Springfield-How fun is that? Has been dated Feb. 7, 1975 and inscribed to the owner by the sculptor himself on the back of this pearl-finish plaque-(See photos below for clarification)-What a great vintage 100% authentic item!
