Spiro T. Agnew 39th Vice President of the United States of America A nice original and authentic set of Spiro Agnew Vice President cufflinks and tie bar. These cufflinks have the old-style Vice Presidential seal that was in use prior to it being changed under President Ford and Vice President Rockefeller. The cufflinks are not signed but are hallmarked. Presidents Ford & Nixon also had this style cufflink as VP. Displayed in non-original-vintage box.There are virtually no records on early vice presidential seals, but there were versions in use as early as 1846 and almost certainly earlier as well. There was no official definition of a vice presidential seal until 1948, and today's version dates from 1975 when it was redesigned under President Ford. Payment Due At Close Of Listing.
