President James Monroe honored by First day Cover of his own stamp
This great picture collage salutes that great American President James Monore who crossed the Delaware with george washington and later wrote the Monroe Doctrine keeping Eurpoe out of America's affairs.. The collage features a copy of the famous painting of Monroe that hangs in the National Portrait gallery. Highlighting the collage is the First Day Cover of the stamp issued to honor James Monroe. On the day a stamp is issued, it is only available in the city where it is issued and the Post Office certifies this by canceling the stamp “First Day of Issue.” Overall, a great collectible for any political buff. The size of this matted picture is 10" x 13" and will fit any 10" x 13" inch frame. (a standard size). Solid Oak frames are available for an additional $20 with no increase in shipping charges. (This option does not apply when shipping outside the US. Please inquire as to what options are available.) I make all these collages by hand. As a history buff as well as a lover of old movies and all types of sports, the key to each picture is the research behind it. Deciding what movies should go with a particular star or what game or series would best reflect a certain sports hero is crucial to a successful collage. I then design each picture individually and lay out the design on the mat. Finally, I cut each mat based on that design and assemble the collage. Shipping and Handling is free for the United States. I accept PayPal as payment which is due within seven days of purchase. I make a daily trip to the Post Office so your item will normally ship within 24 hours after payment is received. Regardless of how many items you purchase at one time, you will only be charged one shipping fee. All other items are shipped free.
