Roosevelt- The shiny metallic gold & white plate has an image of FDR in a laurel wreath design with stamps & ships inset at the bottom in the center & reads: "Franklin D. Roosevelt 1882-1945"-FDR was a Navy man & official and a stamp collector too -Unmarked on the bottom-The item has wear consistent with age & normal display and has a chip on the edge at 5:30 (See photos)-Still a neat vintage FDR display item!
