Lee Harvey Oswald in Handcuffs After Assassinating John F. Kennedy - Autographed
This is a photocopy of an article about the arrest, booking and jailing of Lee Harvey Oswald. It's printed on white 20# bond paper. At the top of the page is a photo of Dallas police officer Nick McDonald, the man who captured Oswald. The other photo shows Oswald in handcuffs after his arrest for the assassination of John F. Kennedy. At the top of the sheet, Officer Mcdonald has signed his name in bold black ink as: "Officer M. 'Nick' McDonald". The signature is authentic, in the hand of McDonald. It is not a preprint or copy. As you can see from the image I've uploaded, there are horizontal and vertical black lines in the left and right margins. These are images of the copy machine plate or belt that Officer McDonald used to make these copies. These were purchased directly from Nick McDonald in 1994. Officer McDonald passed away in 2005. When they are gone I obviously will not be able to get more. This is an excellent tie-in piece to the JFK assassination. The piece is in excellent condition. In the left and right margins there are images of the copy machine cover. These are printed on the page. They are not scuff marks or any kind of damage. To see the other historic artifacts, space program artifacts and other collectibles I have available click on the "see other items" link in the box to the right. They also make unforgettable gifts!
