This is an interesting brass, perhaps gold plated badge, Pin back. This is the official insignia of the Sgt. at Arms for the Pennsylvania house of representatives. Very well made with some blue enamling. With the Penna. state seal in the center. A little over 1 1/8 inches across. Fine condition. and quite rare.
