Rare 1888 Grover Cleveland & Mrs. Cleveland Presidential Campaign Badge – A Historic Political Artifact! Description Body: Historical Context: This rare campaign badge commemorates President Grover Cleveland and First Lady Frances Folsom Cleveland during their 1888 campaign tour across the South and West. It is a remarkable piece of American political history from a pivotal era. Design Details: Features the President and Mrs Cleveland with an eagle and the starts and stripes medallion on one side. The other side is written: Souvenir of the tour through west and south President and Mrs. Cleveland. October 1887. Crafted in white metal. Issued by Soley of Philadelphia. Condition: The badge is in vintage and used condition. The design and inscriptions remain clear and legible, making it a valuable piece for collectors. Since these items were previously used and loved, there will be small scratches and signs of wear.
