The figure comes in the box and still secured with ziptie to the package. The box shows light wear from handling. The figure features "syncro-motion" technology with a "Try Me" button on the base, allowing it to play either funny or inspirational sayings. It is approximately 13" tall, and was marketed as part of the "Pop Culture Series". The item has been tested. Though the item appears to be new in the box, and the voice does work, the mouth does not move. I will include the 3 new AA Duracell batteries used during the test.
