This item is a vintage first edition of “The Ronald Reagan Coloring Book" by Mort Drucker and Paul Laikin, both of MAD Magazine fame. The book is a satirical review of Reagan's life and presidency. It randomly pokes and makes fun of Reagan. It was published by Andrews and McMeel in 1988, as a farewell tribute to Reagan, who was leaving office. It has 32 pages and has no markings or colors used in it; there are no bent pages or corners. The corners are still fairly sharp for a book of this age and is overall in very good condition.
