23" in dia. Border is made up of cigars w/hand-painted scene in the center of Bill Clinton sitting at a desk, presumably the Oval Office, w/a long Pinocchio-like nose. Monica Lewinsky is seated on his nose, smoking a cigar. Clinton looks relaxed w/his feet up on his desk. He has his phone held up to his ear on one hand and a cigar in his other hand. The cigars seem to be made of a heavier material. It has a built-in hanger for displaying on a wall. The construction is quite solid. This item is in its original box apparently unused and never hung. The clock which takes an AA battery, works. This is an interesting and large folk art piece making light of the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal that ultimately led to his impeachment on perjury charges by the U.S. House.
