Antique American Folk Art Plaster George Washington Statue 11 1/2" America 250th
This museum quality plaster figure came from an old Massachusetts home in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts many years ago. It is made from a sturdy plaster, a piece of felt was added at some point by the owner to prevent the furniture from being scratched. Standing 11 1/2" tall, it is 4" wide it has a beautiful aged patina and a shiney surface, probably wax. It is a wonderful piece of American Folk Art to be displayed on a mantel, library shelf or by the front door to show your patriotism. Probably hand made,it has the look of a one-of-a-kind piece.
