He has been in politics since the 1980s in NYC. He has finally decided to sell some of his personal collection. Excellent condition as pictured. This was issued by the Secret Service, the 202 area code phone number on the pass was the number for USSS HQ. It would have been issued to a member of the press durning the visit of a foreign dignitary, usually Presidents and leaders of other Countries.
