1976 Election - Running Mates Gerald Ford & Robert Dole & First day Cover
This great picture collage salutes that great American President Gerald Ford who ran for re-el;ectio with Robert Dole as his running mate in 1976. The collage features a replica copy of two of their campaign posters. Highlighting the collage is the First Day Cover of the stamp issued to honor Gerald Ford. On the day a stamp is issued, it is only available in the city where it is issued and the Post Office certifies this by canceling the stamp “First Day of Issue.” Overall, a great collectible for any political buff. The size of this matted picture is 11" x 14" and will fit any 11" x 14" inch frame. (a standard size). I make all these collages by hand. As a history buff as well as a lover of old movies and all types of sports, the key to each picture is the research behind it. Deciding what movies should go with a particular star or what game or series would best reflect a certain sports hero is crucial to a successful collage. I then design each picture individually and lay out the design on the mat. Finally, I cut each mat based on that design and assemble the collage. Shipping and Handling is free for the United States. I accept PayPal as payment which is due within seven days of purchase. I make a daily trip to the Post Office so your item will normally ship within 24 hours after payment is received.
