1972 Lg Denver, CO 1st Dist GOP Sample Ballot Pics/Bios Nixon Agnew Allott etc
Here's a two-sided, 19" x 24" paper sample ballot that was used by the republican party in Denver, Colorado to promote Richard Nixon, Spiro Agnew and other local GOP possibilities. The Senatorial candidate is Gordon Allott and 1st District representative candidate is James "Mike" McEvitt. This is specific to a certain geographical area so one may not have surfaced in your neck-of-the-woods. And a cool thing is it lists the other presidential candidates running that year, including some obscure ones: Democrats McGovern and Shriver; Socialist Labor Party's Louis Fisher and Genevieve Gunderson; Communist Party's Hall and Tyner; Libertarian Party's John Hospers and Theodora Nathan; Socialist Workers Party's Linda Jenness and Andrew Pulley; Colorado Prohibition Party's Earl Munn and Marshall Uncapher; American Party's Schmitz and Anderson and Peoples Party's Dr. Benjamin Spock and Julius Hobson. So if you study the U.S.A's past elections, you NEED this. It is in nice condition but please enlarge our images to judge condition for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase. S & H on this will be $4.50 sent well-protected first class with tracking. We are members of APIC and sell only authentic presidential (and other collectible) material so buy with confidence, and we'll be happy to combine S & H costs on multiple purchases even though eBay says we won't. Just request a revised invoice from us before paying. 3841
