1932 George Washington Bicentennial Era B&W Woven Silk Ribbon With Signature +
Check it out...Here's a RARE @ 5 1/4" wide by 8 3/4" tall ornate B&W woven fine silk ribbon from what I believe was the nationwide Bicentennial 200th birthday celebration of our first President George Washington in 1932 (Could be older, but definitely not newer). The ribbon features an image of Washington with a facsimile signature at the bottom there is a maker's mark on the bottom edge, but I can't make it out and you can see the stitching on the back-Really Cool! (See photos below for clarification) Great vintage historic item. How many of these survived? This is an ORIGINAL item...Not a reproduction item!.
