1865 Abraham Lincoln Assassination Bookmark " Freedom's Martyr " SF CA
Up for auction is a rare 1865 Abraham Lincoln " Freedom's Martyr " paper memorial Bookmark with his likeness issued by the Daily Dramatic Chronicle in San Francisco right after his assassination.. I removed it from an 1860s Scrap Book years ago and it is still affixed to an album page. It measures 2.5 x 7.75 inches and has light creasing but displays well. I have owned it for over 20 years and have always loved it.
