1860 Lincoln Campaign Badge Replica & Pamphlet w/ 3 Speeches ~ Rail Splitter Axe
Here is a replica of an 1860 campaign badge for "Honest Abe Rail Splitter" that measures approx. 1 1/2" long by 1/2" at its tallest dimension. The pamphlet with 3 of his most famous speeches measures approx. 4" by 7 3/8". The cover is also a reproduction of Lincoln's favorite photograph by Alexander Hesler of Chicago. The badge is in terrific, new condtion while the card it is pinned on with the pamphlet has 2 horizontal fold marks. There are only 3 known copies of the original pin and this is an authentic replica made of brass-plated metal. Thanks for looking at this auction.
