Likely 1976 anti-Jimmy Carter Pin In Your Heart He Knows Your Wife ala Goldwater
Back in 1964, one of Barry Goldwater's main presidential campaign slogans was "In Your Heart You Know He's Right." So, when presidential candidate, Jimmy Carter, admitted in a 1976 Playboy Magazine interview that he'd lusted in his heart for other women besides his wife, some clever button maker came up with this cute, 2.75" x 2.5" cello which combined both the candidates to humorous affect. Although undated and unmarked, there are a plethora of heart-shaped buttons promoting Ronald Reagan which ARE dated that year, so this makes inherent sense as a republican anti-Carter pin.
