In the frame is a block of four six cent stamps with the Inauguration Day postmark going across the stamps and to the left is the postmark date of January 20, 1969 from the Washington, DC post office. Also in the frame is an illustration of Richard Nixon. Below Nixon's illustration is what appears to be a facsimile of the signature of Richard Nixon. The wood frame is black wood with gold trim. The frame is approximately 15" high and 12" wide. Item is in very good condition! Here's a great chance to own a nice piece of Presidential History!
