Vintage & Rare 1979 Reagan For President Skimmer Hat W/Original Band-Very Good
This styrofoam hat, designed to table a straw hat, or carnival barker hat, it's in incredible visiting fur age and material, with styrofoam haven't no splits, breaks, holes, etc., and original expandable bands on interior complete. Paper banner also complete and very good, with some curling of edges. Edges could be readhered- but I will make no attempt to do that. Please see pics for further description and condition.
