[JOHN F. KENNEDY ASSASSINATION] JOHN CONNALLY. John Connally (1917-1993) was an American politician who served as the Governor of Texas, Secretary of the Navy under President John F. Kennedy, and Secretary of the Treasury under President Richard Nixon. On November 22, 1963, Governor Connally was seriously injured while riding in the seat in front of Kennedy when the President was assassinated. He later testified on the events of that tragic day to the Warren Commission. Kennedy’s assassination: “Connally, John - C263699 - 24842 - 11-22-63.” The document was printed one week after the assassination with the latest entry on November 30, 1963; contains the names, unit number, admittance number, and admittance date for 40 patients; measures 11.5 by 8.5 inches; and in very good condition with wrinkling, minor soiling, and minor tearing along the borders. We were unable to locate any similar documents related to the Kennedy assassination at Parkland Hospital making the present document extremely rare and highly desirable.
