ONE-OF-A-KIND 8 1/2" wide by 11" tall 6 1/2 paged HAND-TYPED Memorial Day speech from the Circa-1890-1900 Era about Abraham Lincoln and HAND-SIGNED / AUTOGRAPHED by the author / speaker (I assume) whose name looks like "W.R. Panaugall" but I can find no information on that name-Speech details the importance of Abraham Lincoln as a figure in American history and mentions Mark Hanna, Matthew Quay & Boss Tweed which makes me believe this was delivered during those years but I'm not sure- Could have been delivered at any number of sites for this once popular "Decoration Day" holiday originally designed to honor veterans of the Civil War-Lots of religious content and mentioning the debates with Stephen A.
