My friend worked in the factory where these were made. She was able to get these from the production line. They were NEVER sent out for retail distribution. She put this set together on her own. So, this is better than new as it has never seen a retail outlet or been available to the public. There are 3 individually wrapped card sets, including 2016 Blue, 2020 Blue, & 2020 Red.
