1993 Jugate Clinton Gore Inaugural Pin W/Ribbon Attached & Saxophone Hanger
Here's a 3.5" cello button made for the first Inauguration of Bill Clinton and Al Gore. The fabric ribbon attached to the back of the pin is about 7.5" long x 2" wide with bright gold lettering which doesn't all show up in our scan the greatest, sorry. There's also a little fabric hanger supporting a cute metal saxophone, about 1.75" long. That's a reminder for his fans that one of the earliest things to get him seen as "hip" before a national TV audience after a bungled speech at the 1988 DNC, was his appearance on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, when he played that instrument with the band led by Doc Severson.
