Cross brand high end marker pen- lid screw off on this one- from administration of George W Bush 43 and Vice President Dick Cheney. NO INK- the insert was removed to prevent corrosion. It has a slight amount of discoloration/corrosion on the area where the marker tip would protrude if loaded with ink. I took several photos as it’s only viable on certain views. It’s been stored carefully in a display. The ink insert is not included as it was discarded to keep it from leaking. These are known as bill signer pens as they are given as gifts to those visiting the Oval Office and for signing bills into law. Heavy and quality duty and original boxes.
