A WORLD LEAGUE FOR PEACE President Woodrow Wilson Senate Speech 1917 Newspaper Offered is an original, historic, & collectible old newspaper: EVENING TRIBUNE, San Diego, Jan. 22, 1917 * President Woodrow Wilson * "A World League for Peace" speech * Address to the United States Senate The front page has a banner headline: "WILSON WOULD HAVE U. S. JOIN WORLD LEAGUE" with subheads. (see) Speech continues inside and is signed in type: Woodrow Wilson. Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper. Rare as such. Complete with 14 pages, small library stamp within the masthead, a little irregular along the spine, generally nice. Please Note: All of our offerings are 100% authentic!
