A great attic find....these "periscopes" are getting hard to find and becoming rare! Issued in 2009, the Obama Periscope was a novelty souvenir distributed at the parade on Inauguration day , Jan. 20, 2009. It was useful in the crowds lining the parade route to be able to see above people's heads. There was a limited edition amount of these made - this one being number 813. A great Presidental or Obama collectible
