The cross brand roller gel ink cartridge is included and is not in the pen. It’s been stored carefully in a display. Heavy and quality Cross pen. The pen comes in a VP Cheney pen box although the pen doesn’t sit well or snap into the box. I noticed this when taking it out of its long time display area for photographs. A beautiful pen and piece of history.
