Both are in very nice condition. The birthday card does not look like an actual autograph, but printed. It does have a raised presidential seal. There is some browning around the edges from age. The medal is from the Presidents last year in office for the Republican Presidential Task Force. This is from an estate sale of a gentleman that served in the Air Force during the Vietnam era and after that, was an engineer with General Dynamics and later with Lockheed Martin.
