This collectible magazine clipping features President Franklin D. Roosevelt pinning the Congressional Medal of Honor on General Jimmy Doolittle during World War II. General Jimmy Doolittle was the first general to wear four stars. It is not signed and depicts Roosevelt during his time in office from 1933 to 1945.
