Harry Truman Franked Envelope Air Mail Not Canceled
Unique franked envelope from Harty S. Truman, Independence, Missouri. Probably form the 1960's. Look like it was mailed, but not canceled. The blank flap is stuck down, and there are no contents. Overall in very good condition, with some light wear due to age and storage. There are two small holes (stapled) below the signaure, buy that doesn't detract from the piece. Check out the photos.
