Monticello Jefferson Award Paper Weight. From Monticello Board. 1930’s? Rare?

This cast iron plaque was given by the board of Monticello too large donors/very good friends of Monticello. It is pretty rare. I could only find one other! This one is in good shape with the gold lettering still mostly in place. I’m guessing it’s from the 1930s to the 1950s. Possibly made by Virginia metal crafters or no stamps. Please see photos.
