Check it out...Here's a unique & unusual 6" wide by 9" tall 8-paged softcover booklet issued by the Sangamon Journal Newspaper in Springfield Illinois detailing Abraham Lincoln's connection to the newspaper that was first printed in 1939 and reprinted 4 times (this one is from 1953)-The cover pictures Lincoln & reads: "Lincoln's Association with The Journal" on front and has a photo of the Nov. 10, 1861 Lincoln Presidential Election of the Journal on back & with TONS of info & history inside-How cool is that? A great vintage item that would display so nicely! How many of these throwaway items survived? This is an ORIGINAL item, NOT A REPRODUCTION item!
