Byron Samuel was an autograph collector. What he couldn't get in person, he sent a letter with a self-addressed stamped postcard inside which he wanted them to autograph and mail. Once he got the postcard, depending upon the size of the autograph, he either cut them down to size or he left them intact as he did this one. What is being offered is a 1937 dated Homer Stille Cummings (April 30,1870-September 10,1956) autographed Attorney General of the United States 3by 5 card dated April 1937. He held the post from 1933-1939 and also was elected Mayor of Stamford, Conn 3 times. There is no COA for this. Condition is Used. Item must be paid for within 5 days.
